The list below describes the changes that were made in O4 between release number W1036C5 and W1041D2. For more information about Legacy OASIS release notes for September, click here.
New Development
Users can now use QuoteTS to call fields on the Manufacturers tab of a quote.
The Quick Contact Editor is now available from the Add Customers pop-up on a project.
The Order Summary Tile now displays YTD sales and earnings.
Users can now edit tiles using the new Edit Tiles menu in the top left corner of a tile's detail view.
Tiles now indicate its batch job's status using font formatting applied to the tile's Update Date.
- Normal Update Date: the tile's batch job is running on time and performing updates. No tooltip will be available.
- Black italicized Update Date: the tile's batch job is delayed but expected to run after hours when resources are available to execute the update. This formatting only applies to tiles with a batch job that has a run time of one day or greater (Time Pattern: Delay = 1440+). O4 allows a delay time of up to three days after the first scheduled run before considering the batch job overdue. The Update Date tooltip will read "Tile will run after hours."
- Red italicized Update Date: the tile's batch job may be disabled with a tooltip that reads "Tile is disabled", not found with a tooltip that reads "Tile run data could not be found", or overdue to run with a tooltip that reads "Tile is x minutes overdue" where "x" equals the number of minutes since the batch job was last scheduled to run. There is delay period of (3 x Time Pattern Delay) before identifying a batch job as overdue. For example, if the batch job runs every 5 minutes and it's been 17 minutes since the last tile update, the tool tip will read "Tile is 2 minutes overdue." For tiles with red italicized text, please contact OASIS Support for troubleshooting.
