Once created, the Quote Follow Up Tile provides users with a list of active quotes to follow up on throughout the week based on the tile's data source frequency. Users can open the tile to follow up on quotes, ignore quotes, and define the likelihood of order and customer wins.
Navigating the Tile's Detail View
1. Click the tile to open the tile's detail view.
2. The Quote Follow Up Tile page will appear, presenting four tabs:
- The Follow Up tab displays each quote identified for follow up based on the tile's data source frequency, creating a to-do list tailored to the user's needs. Use the Notification column to review when each quote bid. To learn how to follow up on a quote, skip to this article's Following Up on Quotes section.
- The Waiting tab displays each active, unknown quote that has been followed up on and is awaiting customer decision or is not ready for follow-up yet per the tile's data source frequency. Use the Notification column to determine each quote's follow-up status.
- The Ignored tab displays each quote ignored by the tile's follow-up notifications. To learn how to ignore a quote, skip to this article's Ignoring a Quote section.
- The Emails Sent tab will list each email sent by the tile. The create date, subject, contact's first and last name, notification type (E = email), and any send errors will appear for each email. Users can click an email to view a copy of the emailed information.
Following Up on Quotes
To follow up on a quote and move it from the Follow Up tab to the Waiting tab, users can complete one of the following actions:
- Retransmit the quote to the customer
- Add a follow up note
Otherwise, if no action is taken, the quote will automatically move to the Waiting tab after seven days. It will reappear on the Follow-Up tab if the quote remains in an active, unknown status when the tile's data source check occurs again.
Adding a Follow Up Note
1. On the Follow Up tab, click a quote to open the quote's detail view.
2. A new tab titled Quote will appear. Users can open the quote by clicking the Project name if needed.
3. Use the text field to enter follow-up notes regarding the entire quote or a direct customer.
- Text field under the General Information section- adds a follow-up note that pertains to the entire quote
- Text field under the customer entry in the Customers section- adds a follow-up note that pertains to the direct customer
4. Click . The quote will move from the Follow-Up tab to the Waiting tab, showing the follow-up date in the Notification column.
5. The follow-up notes will also appear inside the quote's details view and create a new conversation inside the project titled "Follow Up." Learn more about using conversations in a project.

Defining Likelihood
Likelihood identifies the chances the agency or a customer will win the quote. Likelihood data will be used to power future O4 reports and features.
1. On the Follow Up or Waiting tab, click a quote to open the quote's detail view.
2. A new tab titled Quote will appear.
3. Use the Likelihood drop-down fields to identify the chances of order conversion and customer wins. Each likelihood option is intentionally ambiguous to allow the agency to decide the weight of each option.
- Likelihood field under the General Information section- identifies the chances the quote will be won by the agency and convert to order
- Likelihood field under a customer entry in the Customers section- identifies the chances a direct customer will win the quote
4. Click .
Ignoring a Quote
Users can ignore a quote to prevent it from appearing on the Follow Up tab, Waiting tab, and future notification emails.
1. On the Follow Up or Waiting tab, click a quote to open the quote's detail view.
2. A new tab titled Quote will appear.
3. Under the General Information section, check the Ignore quote checkbox.
4. Click . The quote will be moved to the Ignored tab and no longer appear in the tile's notification emails.
