The list below describes the changes made in O4 between release numbers W1060D1 and W1065C2. Read our February Legacy OASIS release notes to learn about the changes made in Legacy OASIS.
New Development
Added the ability for users to access action options (download, edit, and delete) by right-clicking an attachment rather than clicking the three dots on the left side of the row.
Added column preferences for the Attachments tab in O4.
Added CustomerID, CustomerContactDBID, and CustomerContactID to the OrderTS API.
The Stock Status and Stock Status (one item) tools are now available in orders.
Added the Markings, Call Ahead, and When to use alternate fields to the Addresses tab in orders.
Quotes now reflect the winning customer's price level assignment by highlighting the pricing column cyan blue in the bill of materials.
Tiles now only require Reports access to Reports to create a tile.
Users with read-only access to Orders can now view the bill of materials of an order.
Added the workgroup to the top right corner of the page in orders.
Bug Fixes & Clean Up
Resolved an issue that prevented users from pressing Enter to save entries in a line item's Note and INote fields in an order.
The Show Description, Show Note, and Show INote fields on line items in an order will now be bolded to indicate available information.
Adjusted the behavior of the bill of materials table in an order not to center the table whenever a column is selected.
Orders and projects now correctly display "required" and "always show" customer roles in the Specifiers section on the General tab.
Added spacing below the Attachments table in O4.
Moved transmission status and release/change counter from the General tab of an order to the top right corner of the page.
Corrected the wording of the search feature on page listings to say "Advanced Search" instead of "Advance Search."
Moved the Refresh Rate and Cards on Page options to the Bid Board Tile's Create and Edit pages.
Resolved an issue where using the Manufacturer row on the Order Summary Report prevented the report from updating.
Resolved an issue that caused links in the Quote Monitor tile to load a blank page.
Resolved an issue where Search Tags were not appearing on the General tab of an order.
The "Apply" and "Cancel" buttons are now always visible at the bottom right corner of the page in the Order Editor.
The Order Editor now uses the page scrollbar.
