May O4 Release Notes: W1074A1 - W1077A5

New Development

The Configuration tool is now available for orders and invoices.

O4 will now ask the user to select the release and quote status when converting a quote to an order.

Users can now define the frequency of internal recap emails sent by the Quote Follow Up Tile.

Admin users can now create Support Tokens for other user accounts.

Users can now tag user roles in the To field of a Conversation created within an order.

Bug Fixes & Clean Up

Corrected an issue where the Legacy Login data source for the Activity Tile pulled in incorrect data.

Corrected an issue that caused illegible formatting on .msg files in O4.

Corrected an issue where the parent company could not be removed from a customer entry.

Corrected an issue where pressing Enter in search tag fields, sales account percentage fields, and the influence field for a specifier would refresh the page.

Corrected an issue where the parent company field in a manufacturer did not appear.

Corrected an issue where users could not change a manufacturer's active status.

Corrected an issue where Invoice Summary Goal tiles would not create when given a unique name.

Corrected an issue where the Send Shipping Status report would not generate an attachment inside the selected transaction.

Corrected an issue where users could not click to select customers from the Customer field drop-down list when creating a new order.

Corrected an issue where the Ingen Invoice Portal would not load the payment screen.

Corrected an issue where users could not select user roles in the To field of a Conversation created from an order.

Corrected an issue where users were required to select a manufacturer when creating a resell order.

Corrected an issue where removing a parent company from a customer entry would not save.

Performed general UI styling and error-handling routine updates for the Configuration tool for orders, projects, and invoices.

The Order Editor no longer displays "BETA!" in the bill of materials.

Corrected an issue where users could not delete users in O4.

Corrected an issue where renaming a cut sheet erroneously shifted the tools menu to the left.

Corrected an issue where the bill of materials will overlap open cut sheets.

Adjusted the columns visible inside the Price Lookup tool.

Added error-handling routines when attempting to create or save a project without satisfying required fields.
