August O4 Release Notes: W1086C2 - W1092A1

The list below describes the changes made in O4 between release numbers W1086C2 and W1092A1. To learn about the changes made in Legacy OASIS, read our August Legacy OASIS release notes.

New Development

O4 now features a Global Search function.

The Hardware tab is now available in Global Settings.

Users can now duplicate tiles using the "New Tile Like" feature, available from a tile's detail view.

Users can now delete orders in O4.

Users can now access customer and manufacturer information from the General tab of the Order Editor.

Users can now drag and drop attachments between different transactions.

Pressing Tab now selects the next highlight in the Page Editor of a submittal.

Users can now search for customers by alias in the Conversations Call Log editor.

PercentOverage and QuoteLine has been added to the QuotesTS API.

Users can now add the URL for a cut sheet from the Page Editor in a submittal.

Tiles are now grouped by type. Users can collapse and expand tile groupings to quickly access needed information.

Bug Fixes & Clean Up

Corrected an issue where users could not edit tiles.

Corrected an issue where quotes could not be unlocked from O4.

Corrected an issue that prevented the PDF viewer from displaying previews inside the Order Editor.

Corrected an issue where clicking Print inside the Page Editor of a submittal would get stuck loading.

Corrected an issue where a blank page would populate as the first page for a line in a submittal.

Corrected an issue where users could not add specifiers and sales accounts to an order.

Corrected an issue where the Catalog Number and Checked Out columns in the Samples listing would not populate data.

Corrected an issue where checking the Bill Now checkbox in an order would apply to the vendor order instead of only the customer order.

Corrected an issue where users could not download .msg attachments.

Contact search in the Send Message feature now searches all workgroups users have access to rather than their assigned default workgroup.

Corrected an issue where sell, commission, and net price would not come over when converting a quote to order.

Corrected an issue where the General tab of a resell order was blank.

Corrected an issue where selected rows in a listing would not reset after performing a new search.

Corrected an issue that caused broken images in the Submittal Editor. 

Corrected an issue where users could not delete rows in the Submittal Editor.

Corrected an issue where the contact in a .msg file was not populating after dragging and dropping the file into the Attachments tab. Note that the contact must be associated with a customer or manufacturer to populate.

Corrected an issue where products could not be searched in the Products page of the Customer Portal.

Corrected several issues regarding the Send Shipping Status print:

• The report was not using the correct XML form.
• The report was not populating the PO number in the column header.
• Reverted last month's change where the column header appeared on every page.

Creating highlights on a cut sheet has been fine-tuned for more precise highlights.

Page Count has been moved to the top of the Page Editor in the submittal editor.

The Bid Board Tile now displays the price levels in the Card View and Detail View when applying the Quote Level filter.

The freight allowance percentage tracker in the Order Editor's header now calculates based on customer account terms when available rather than defaulting to the manufacturer's default terms.

The Pages column in the Submittal Editor now automatically adjusts to fit 25 pages on the screen.
