August Legacy OASIS Release Notes: W1083C4 - W1089D0

The list below describes the changes made in Legacy OASIS between release numbers W1083C4 and W1089D0. For more information about the changes made in O4, read our August O4 release notes.

Core OASIS

The Advanced Search for Contacts Listing now includes CSR, Accounting, RMA, and Quoter.

When printing the MOSR2 report to Excel, the percent sign (%) instead of the dollar sign ($) is displayed for the % This Year and % Change columns.

The Customizable Quote Listing Report now features the Specification Status ifield.

Corrected several issues regarding the Send Shipping Status print:

• The report was not using the correct XML form.
• The report was not populating the PO number in the column header.
• Reverted last month's change where the column header appeared on every page.

Corrected an issue where the contact in a .msg file was not populating after dragging and dropping the file into the Attachments tab. Note that the contact must be associated with a customer or manufacturer in order to populate.

Contact search in the Send Message feature now searches all workgroups users have access to rather than their assigned default workgroup.

Corrected an issue where customer invoice terms wouldn't print on commissioned invoice prints.

Corrected an issue calculating totals for the Commission Report in the Manufacturer version of OASIS.

Corrected graphical display issues on various screens for Mac users.

The freight allowance percentage tracker in the order editor's header now calculates based on customer account terms when available rather than defaulting to the manufacturer's default terms.

The Reprice tool now correctly updates commission when customer-specific pricing is selected.

Manufacturer Connectivity

Users can now select Barron from the Configure Specialization drop-down in the manufacturer editor to enable Pricing and Order Send rather than switching between P2P for Pricing and Barron for Order Send.

Signify RFQ response attachments now display different levels of approved pricing.

Signify Order Send now suppresses text entered into the MFG Quote column, requiring numerical values only.

Signify Order Download has corrected an incorrect header ID reference for the DBID and POID on O2O files. 

Users can no longer use XML drag-and-drop functionality for Signify Order and Invoice Status updates.

Corrected an issue that prevented configured parts using Signify's "Return Configuration" tool from being saved to the price list.

Corrected an issue preventing users from pulling in parts from a Signify price list and performing Sliding Scale lookups.

Corrected an issue that erroneously caused parts to duplicate in the BOM after using Signify's Sliding Scale feature.

Corrected an issue where Signify commission rates were not populating using Dynamic pricing.
