September Legacy OASIS Hotfix: W1094A1 - W1097C1

Legacy OASIS customers received a hotfix on September 19th to address an expired Microsoft 365 authorization key. This affected users whose email configuration used the Microsoft Office 365 connector, leading to a 401 error when sending emails from OASIS.

Other Changes

Other changes initially planned for October's production release were included in the September 19th hotfix.

• Corrected an issue where quote customer copies printed to Excel were not saved as an attachment.
• Corrected an issue where the "Last Year to This Year" Invoice Date selection always queried zero records for the Customizable Invoice Listing report.
• The "Attach Existing Bid to Phase" tool now contains a dialog informing the user that any bid attachments will not be copied to the phase.
• When using the "CC assigned sales person" Global Setting, if no sales account is defined for a customer, quotes now use the sales account assigned to the selected contact (assigned at the parent customer level). The customer's assigned sales account is used if the selected contact does not have a sales account.
• Corrected an issue where users could not use arrow keys to move their cursor within a cell.
• Corrected an issue where users could not use the addition feature within a cell. For example, if a sell price is set to 20.00, users can append "+10" to add $10.00 and change the sell price from 20.00 to 30.00.
• Corrected an issue where the Spec Stat column in a Customizable Quote Line Level report was not displaying the correct data.
• Users can now use the Spec Stat column on lines with the NO QUOTE code.
• Corrected an issue where users could not import XMLs with certain characters.
• The MFG Goals Report has been moved to the "Do Not Use" section in the Reports menu.
• Corrected an issue where manufacturer terms were printing on the MFG Breakout print despite being unchecked in print settings and not enabled in Global Settings.
