December O4 Release Notes: 1104C2 - W1108C2

The list below describes the changes made in O4 between release numbers W1104C2 and W1108C2. To learn more about the changes made in Legacy OASIS, read our December Legacy OASIS release notes.

New Development

The O4 Login screen received a facelift.

The Account Lockout feature is now available.

The "Apply and New" feature in the Invoice Editor now applies the current manufacturer selection to the new invoice entry.

Users can now press F9 to open the Apply dialogue inside the Invoice Editor.

The "Next" and "Previous" tools are now available inside the Invoice Editor.

Users can now search for orders inside the PO Search field when creating a new invoice.

The "Add to Spec Project" tool is now available inside the Invoice Editor

Users can now freeform specifiers.

The Quick Note feature is now available inside the Attachments tab.

Scheduled Reports can now be scheduled quarterly, bi-weekly, and monthly.

Users can now select attachments from the transaction editor in the Send Message screen.

In the Customers Listing, users can now search using a new "Not Out of Territory" field located on the General tab of the Advanced Search tool.

Bug Fixes & Clean Up

Corrected an issue where the Create Paychecks window would not appear.

The default columns inside the Order Editor are now sized for readability. 

Corrected an issue where line breaks would not work correctly in emails sent using Gmail connectivity.

Corrected an issue that prevented Scheduled Reports from saving.

Corrected an issue where the "Delete Layout" option was labeled "Configurator" inside the Layout tab in projects.
