65% O4 development completed

We're proud to say we reached 65% completion of O4, the web-based version of Legacy OASIS! We released Orders and several new reporting tiles for production, including the Order Monitor Tile, Quote Follow Up Tile, and Shipping Notification Tile. |

SpecSeek is a powerful software platform that seamlessly and unobtrusively integrates with an agency's website to provide customers access to their represented brands. We've always strived to provide fast and accurate customer support; this year's metrics prove that. Solving 15,747 tickets in 2024 was a pleasure, with a 35-minute average response time and an overall satisfaction rate of 96%. We love our customers and look forward to serving them in 2025! |

2024 brought you our OASIS Certification Program, which offers users the unique opportunity to shine more brightly with verified role-based skill sets and enhance their OASIS experience through self-paced, specialized training. Companies can leverage the OASIS Certification program for employee onboarding training or employee development as an efficient way to refresh OASIS users on OASIS best practices.
