Ingen Software's server maintenance windows occur the Saturday following each monthly production release from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM central time. During this timeframe, operating system updates and patches will be applied to our servers and network equipment as necessary. Therapeutic reboots of virtualization hosts may also be performed.
O4, Cloud Host, and Cloud Sync customers may experience temporary outages during server maintenance windows on the following days:

- February 8
- March 8
- April 5*
- May 10
- June 7
- July 12*
- August 9
- September 6
- October 11*
- November 8
- December 6
*Major maintenance windows that may have extended outages.
