This document covers how to download HLI RFQ responses. It assumes that you have gone through the process of setting up HLI brands and mapping them to the SAP codes. If you have not set up HLI-SAP connectivity yet, please consult the help document located below:
RFQ's responses can be downloaded as a part of an order status download or they can be downloaded manually. When a RFQ comes down as part of an order status download, the RFQ button in the quote will turn yellow. Additionally, the user who sent the RFQ will get a reminder on their home screen notifying them that their RFQ response is ready. Users can manually check whether an RFQ response is ready by opening the Project and clicking on the RFQ button. OASIS will query the SAP server for that quote.
Review the response by clicking on the RFQ button. OASIS will open the RFQ viewer. Users can see the response including any changes to part numbers and pricing. To use the pricing, select the column you want to put the pricing in and click Apply. Users can also adjust the part number to match Hubbell's suggestions by clicking "Copy Part Number." Users can also print a copy of the RFQ response. Don't forget to check the MFG Notes tab for information from Hubbell.
OASIS will enter the RFQ number in the MFG Quote column on each part where pricing that was applied.
