Sometimes the update download does not complete successfully, causing OASIS to fail on startup. To fix this, you must delete the .lib folder and then relaunch OASIS so it can download the latest update again. This page lists the articles that explain how to delete the .lib folder for Windows 8 or Windows 10.

Is there a way to do this on a Mac?
Yes, please try this.
Try refreshing your library files. To refresh your OASIS library files:
1. Save and Close OASIS
2. Open Finder by double-clicking the icon on the dock
3. Select the "Go" menu item from the top of the screen, and select "Home"
4. Select the "Go" menu item from the top of the screen, and select "Go to Folder..."
5. A search bar will appear. Type ".oasis" and select "Go"
6. Right click the "lib" folder
7. Select "move to trash"
8. Restart OASIS
Gotcha, thank you!
