Notes and Shipping Instructions

 OASIS now supports both order notes and shipping instructions that are transmitted to Cooper.  These notes are stored on the External Notes tab as shown below:

Notes placed on the External Notes transfer to FLASH as checked to send to SAP only.

This shipping notes transfer to Flash showing on the acknowledgment, bill of lading, the packing slip and in SAP but NOT on the invoice. 

Line Notes

These notes should be entered at the line level (items) in OASIS and will carry directly into FLASH at the line level. Notice that a notepad appears at that particular line in FLASH, indicating there is a message there.  See examples below.
