How to force the refresh of the Workgroup cache files
- Go to the manufacturer's section and open the Cooper manufacturer
- Click on the Cooper menu
- Click on "Clear Flash Cache"
- Restart OASIS
- Go to the Configuration section of OASIS
- Click on Workgroups
- Double click on the workgroup you want to change
- Go to the attachments tab
- From there delete only the attachments that have a ".cache" in the name.
