Filtering Order Sales Account Goals Tiles

Users may choose to filter Order Sales Accounts Goals Tiles by type, customer, manufacturer, parent manufacturer, and workgroup. These filters are used to specify the information that the tile will use to perform calculations. Note: users do not need to add filters. If filters are not added, O4 will pull all available information into the tile calculations.

To begin, navigate to the "Creating Order Sales Acct Goals Tile" page, and locate the "Filters" area. For more information, click here.

Filtering By Type

1. Locate the "Type" area.

2. Select "Add."

3. The "Select Status" window will appear.

4. Check the needed type.

5. Select "Ok." 

6. The selected types will appear in the "Type" field.

7. If needed, select "Clear" to remove type from the "Type" field. 

Filtering By Customer

1. Locate the "Customers" area.

2. Select "Add." Note: alternatively, type the customer name into the field provided.

3. The "Select Customers" window will appear.

4. Check the needed customers, or use the tool bar to the right of the screen to filter by customer type.

5. Select "OK." 

6. The selected customers will appear in the "Customers" field.

7. If needed, select "Clear" to remove customers from the "Customers" field. 

Filtering By Manufacturer

1. Locate the "Manufacturer" area. Note: do not filter by manufacturers if you plan to filter by a parent manufacturer, as all child manufacturers to the parent will be automatically added to the tile. 

2. Select "Add." Note: alternatively, type the manufacturer name into the field provided.

3. The "Select Manufacturer" window will appear.

4. Check the needed manufacturer, or use the tool bar to the right of the screen to filter by manufacturer type.

5. Select "Ok."

6. The selected manufacturers will appear in the "Manufacturers" field. 

7. If needed, select "Clear" to remove manufacturers from the "Manufacturers" field. 

Filtering By Parent Manufacturer

1. Locate the "Parent Manufacturer" area. Note: if you enter a parent manufacturer, the corresponding child manufacturer(s) will also be added to the tile. The tile will allow users to setup sales account goals for each child manufacturer under the selected parent. 

2. Enter the parent manufacturer name into the field provided. 

3. If needed, select "Clear" to remove manufacturers from the "Parent Manufacturers" field. 

Filtering By Workgroup

1. Locate the "Workgroup" area.

2. Select "Add." Note: alternatively, type the workgroup name into the field provided.

3. The "Select Workgroup" window will appear.

4. Check the needed workgroup.

5. Select "Ok." 

6. The selected workgroups will appear in the "Workgroups" field.

7. If needed, select "Clear" to remove workgroups from the "Workgroup" field.
