The tile gauge functions to display complex information in a compact manner. However, by double-clicking on the tile gauge, users will be redirected to a more detailed view of the tile. This "Order Sales Accounts Goals" page displays three different views of the tile information: the sales account view, the agency view, and the brand view.
Note: bar graphs will display in the web version of O4. As a result, this page will behave differently between the web and desktop version. For more information on the Order Sales Account Goals page in the web version, click here.
The Sales Account View
After selecting the tile, the user will automatically be redirected to the Sales Account View. If the login user is a sales account, they will see their full name (Demo User) listed directly below the gauge and above the total values.
This view will display all the manufacturers that were selected while creating the tile. This view will also display the sales account's current sales, the total goal, the total stretch goal, and the lead/lag percentage. Note: users may sort the table by double-clicking the column titles.
Users may view each listed manufacturer in more detail, by double-clicking on the needed manufacturer. Doing so will redirect the user to the Sales Account Brand View.
The Sales Account Brand View
In this view, the sales, goals, and stretch goals will be set for that manufacturer and sales account. Sales earnings will be displayed based on several filters. These include, customers, order type, and top 10 transactions. Filter the sales goals by double-clicking on the corresponding row. A new window will appear, applying the needed filters to the Brand View. Note: this view will not display lead/ lag percentages.
In the example below, we have filtered by the customer, "Cabot Distributing." Note: the selected filters will appear in blue text, directly beneath the gauge. The sales total will equal the orders that list "Cabot Distributing" as a customer, "Delta Lighting Manufacturers" as the manufacturer, and "Demo User" as the sales account.
The Agency View
To access this view, users must have permission. This view shows all selected manufacturers. It will also display total sales, goal, and stretch goal of the agency. This view does not divide totals by sales account. Users may double-click on a manufacturer to navigate to the Agency Brand View.
The Agency Brand View
This view is similar to the Sales Account Brand View, but it includes workgroup and sales account totals for the selected manufacturer. Note: users may double-click on a sales account to navigate to the Sales Account Brand View.
