Reading the Order Sales Accounts Goals Tile

After configuring Order Sales Account Goals Tile settings and sales account goals, O4 will generate the tile gauge. The gauge functions to display complex information in a compact manner. This allows for easy and quick readability. The tile gauge will display on the O4 Home Page for users who were given access during the configuration stage. Note: the tile will automatically show the sales account portion of the goal if the user is a sales account. Likewise, if the user is not a sales account, the tile will display the total agency goal.

All Order Sales Account Goals Tiles will display the same basic features:

However, because Order Sales Account Goals tracks current sales earnings to determine how close an agency or sales account is to achieving a goal, not all tiles will look identical to the one listed above. If the user is not close to achieving their goal, the meter will appear in a red section of the tile.

Order Sales Account Goals Tiles may also appear different if a stretch goal was entered during the tile configuration process. A stretch goal may raise a tile percentage to above 100%, depending on the size of the stretch goal. 

Users may double-click on the tile gauge to view the "Order Goals" page. This page will redirect users to the Sales Account View, the Agency View, and the Brand View. For more information, click here.
