Users may choose to filter Bid Board Tiles by CSRs, sales accounts, quoters, and workgroups. These filters are used to specify the information that the tile will use to perform calculations. Note: if no filters are selected, the Bid Board Tile will perform calculations for all available quotes.
To begin, navigate to the "Creating Bid Board Tiles" page and locate the "Filters" area. For more information, click here.
Filtering By CSR
1. Locate the "CSR" area.
2. Select "Add."
3. The "Select User" window will appear.
4. Check the box that corresponds to the needed user(s).
5. Select "OK."
6. The selected user(s) will appear in the "CSR" area.
7. If needed, select "Clear" to remove the user from the "CSR" field.
Filtering By Sales Account
1. Locate the "Sales Account" area.
2. Select "Add."
3. The "Select Account" window will appear.
4. Check the box that corresponds to the needed user(s).
5. Select "OK."
6. The selected user(s) will appear in the "Sales Account" area.
7. If needed, select "Clear" to remove the user from the "Sales Account" field.
Filtering By Quoters
1. Locate the "Quoters" area.
2. Select "Add."
3. The "Select User" window will appear.
4. Check the box that corresponds to the needed user(s).
5. Select "OK."
6. The selected user(s) will appear in the "Quoters" area.
7. If needed, select "Clear" to remove the user from the "Quoters" field.
Filtering By Workgroups
1. Locate the "Workgroups" area.
2. Select "Add."
3. The "Select Workgroup" window will appear.
4. Check the box that corresponds to the needed workgroup.
5. Select "OK."
6. The selected workgroup will appear in the "Workgroups" area.
7. If needed, select "Clear" to remove the workgroup from the "Workgroups" field.
