Users may choose to filter Order Summary Goals Tiles by order header information and order line information. These filters are used to specify the orders that the tile will use to perform calculations. Note: Note: users do not need to add filters. If filters are not added, O4 will pull all available information into the tile calculations.
To begin, navigate to the "Creating Order Summary Goals Tile" page, and locate the "Filters" area. For more information, click here.
Filtering by Header Levels
1. Select the "Filters" tab.
2. Select the "Header Level" tab.
3. Edit filters as needed.
- CSRs- filter orders assigned to selected CSR.
- Quoters- filter orders assigned to the selected quoter
- Sales Accounts- filters orders based on the assigned sales accounts.
- Workgroups- filter order assigned to the selected workgroups.
4. Select "Add" to add filters and "Clear" to remove filters.
Filtering by Line Levels
1. Select the "Filters" tab.
2. Select the "Line Level" tab.
3. Edit filters as needed.
- Manufacturer- filter orders based on the selected manufacturer. Note: do not filter by manufacturers if you plan to filter by parent manufacturers, as all corresponding child manufacturers will automatically be selected.
- Parent Manufacturer- filter orders based on the selected parent manufacturer.
- Release Status- filter orders by the selected release status.
4. Select "Add" to add filters and "Clear" to remove filters.
5. Select "Save."
