The tile gauge functions to display complex information in a compact manner. However, by double-clicking on the tile gauge, users will be redirected to a more detailed view of the tile. This "Order Summary Goals" page shows where sales are coming from and compares the total to the overall goal and stretch goal.
Unlike the "Order Summary" page and the "Sales Accounts Goals" page, the "Order Summary Goals" page only consists of one view. At the top of the page, the gauge will appear. To the left of the gauge, the total sales, the goal, and the stretch goal are listed.
Similarly to the Order Summary Tile, a red or green arrow will display beside the total sales. This arrow functions to show the user if they are above (green) or below (red) the sales of the previous year. For example, if the sales were less than the sales of the previous year, a red arrow would appear. Similarly, if the sales were more than the sales of the previous year, a green arrow would appear.
Beneath the gauge and total values, a bar graph will appear. Note: if users are using the desktop version of O4. a table will appear. This graph displays where sales are coming from for the given tile. This graph can be filtered using the drop-down menu. Users may filter by manufacturer, sales account, CSR, quoter, customer, order type, workgroup, and top transactions.
