One of the most important features of an order is the icon that appears on the upper left side of the window. This icon is an indicator of the state of the order. When troubleshooting with Ingen Software Customer Support, they will ask what the state of the order is by asking what the icon looks like.
Hold for Release- has not been transmitted to the factory
Hold for Release - has been transmitted (printed, faxed, emailed, etc)
Partially Released Order - has not been transmitted to the factory
Partially Released- has been transmitted (printed, faxed, emailed, etc)
Released Order- has not been transmitted to the factory
Released Order- has been sent to the factory (printed, faxed, emailed, etc)
EDI Order- has been transmitted to the factory
Canceled Order- remaining items canceled.
