Understanding Order Icons

One of the most important features of an order is the icon that appears on the upper left side of the window. This icon is an indicator of the state of the order. When troubleshooting with Ingen Software Customer Support, they will ask what the state of the order is by asking what the icon looks like.

  • hold_for_release.PNG Hold for Release- has not been transmitted to the factory
  • hold_2.PNG Hold for Release - has been transmitted (printed, faxed, emailed, etc)
  • partially_released_order.PNGPartially Released Order - has not been transmitted to the factory
  • partially_released.PNG Partially Released- has been transmitted (printed, faxed, emailed, etc)
  • released_order.PNG Released Order- has not been transmitted to the factory
  • rel.PNG Released Order- has been sent to the factory (printed, faxed, emailed, etc)
  • edi.PNG EDI Order- has been transmitted to the factory
  • cancelled.PNG Canceled Order- remaining items canceled.
