The tile gauge functions to display complex information in a compact manner. However, by double-clicking on one of the four links that appear on the tile gauge, users will be redirected to a more detailed view of the tile.
This "Win/Loss" page is divided into four tabs, each tracking the counts, value, and percentages associated with each quote status, as well as a trend arrow, showing if the counts are above (green) or below (red) the counts during the month of the previous year. For more information on quotes status counts and values, click here.
Additionally each tab features a bar graph that shows where the counts and values are coming from. Note: if users are using the desktop version of O4, a table will appear. This information can be filtered to show only counts or values by customer, specifier, manufacturer, sales account, quoter, rank, workgroup, vertical market, specified project, or by top 50 transactions.
Note: if using the mobile version of O4, users may need to slide their screen left or right to view all the pie charts.
The All Tab
This tab shows the overall hit rate for the tile, comparing won, lost, and unknown quote status percentages. At the top of this tab, four pie charts will appear.
The top left pie chart displays counts for win, lost, and unknown quote statuses. The pie chart directly to the right displays the percentage of these counts each quote status makes up.
The bottom left pie chart displays values for win, lost, and unknown quote statuses. The pie chart directly to right displays the percentage of the value that each quote status makes up.
Users can filter the bar graph by win count, win count percentage, win value, and win value percentage, and then filter by customer, specifier, manufacturer, sales account, quoter, rank, workgroup, vertical market, specified project, or by top 50 transactions.
To view the count and value data for the needed filter, such as "DirectCustomers," double-click on the bar line corresponding to the needed filter.
The page will refresh, displaying only the data for the given filter, rather than displaying all collective data within the tile.
