Problem
OASIS is running VERY slow - all screens. (Typically, after working with a technical person at Ingen Software.)
Resolution
Although rare, sometimes setting the database connection may be set to "debug" a problem. To return to normal speed, simply disable the debug setting.
Example
Login as an admin user (this is machine specific, so login to the machine having the slowness) and select "Configuration" the "Software":
Click on the "Preferences" link:
Un-check the "Use Debug Connection (VERY SLOW!) check box and press "Ok". The changes won't take affect until after OASIS is restarted.
