NOTE: The Order Sales Account Goals Tile is scheduled to be removed from O4 in the April 2021 production release.
The tile gauge functions to display complex information in a compact manner. By double-clicking on the tile gauge, users will be directed to a more detailed view of the tile. On the web version of O4, the "Order Sales Accounts Goals" page displays the data in the form of a bar graph. Note: tables will display in the desktop version of O4. As a result, this page will behave differently between the web and desktop version. For more information on the Order Sales Account Goals page in the desktop version, click here.
Lead/ Lag Differences
For the Order Sales Account Goals Page in the desktop version, lead/ lag displays as percentages. In the web version, lead/ lag is colored coded in the bar graph. Total sales will appear with a red bar or a green bar. If the user is behind their goal, the total sales will appear with a red bar. If they are on track to achieving their goal, the total sales will appear with a green bar.
The Agency View
After selecting the tile, the user will automatically be redirected to the Agency View. At the top of the screen, this view displays the total sales, goal, and stretch goal of the agency, as well as a copy of the gauge that appears on the tile.
A bar graph will display all collective data in the tile. By default, the sales will appear in red or green depending on the lead lag, the goal will appear in yellow, and the stretch goal will appear in orange. Note: at this time, colors cannot be customized. The total sales will display automatically, but the goal and the stretch goal are hidden by default. To show the goal and stretch goal on the tile, select the colored box corresponding to the needed information.
Use the drop down list at the top of the graph to filter the information by sales account or by manufacturer.
The Sales Account View
To navigate to this view, filter the bar graph to show "Sales Accounts." Then locate the needed sales account and double-click on the corresponding bar.
Note: if there is not a bar associated with the needed sales account, users may need un-hide the "Goals" bar and the "Stretch" bar. If all bars are set as visible and there is still no bar corresponding to the sales account, then there are no transactions or data associated with the user for this tile.
Users will be redirected to the Sales Account View. At the top of the screen, this view displays the total sales, goal, and stretch goal for the given sales account, as well as a tile gauge that portrays this information in an easy-to-read format.
The bar graph displays the sales, goal, and stretch goal the sales account has for each brand in the tile. Like the Agency View, the goal and stretch goal are hidden by default.
The Sales Account Brand View
To navigate to this view, open the Sales Account View and locate the bar graph. Double-click on the bar corresponding to the needed manufacturer.
Users will be redirected to the Brand View. At the top of the screen, this view displays the total sales, goal, and stretch goal the sales account has for the given manufacturer, as well as a tile gauge that portrays this information in an easy-to-read format.
The bar graph displays the sales accounts sales and earnings for the manufacturer and can be filtered by customer, order type, and top 10 transactions.
The Agency Brand View
To navigate to this view, filter the Agency bar graph to show "Manufacturers" and double-click on the bar corresponding to the needed brand.
Users will be redirected to the Brand View. At the top of the screen, this view displays the total sales, goal, and stretch goal for the given manufacturer, as well as a tile gauge that portrays this information in an easy-to-read format.
The bar graph displays the current sales and earnings for all sales accounts in the tile for the given brand. The graph can be filtered by sales account, customer, workgroup, order type, and top 10 transactions.
