After an order is complete, users may enter invoices directly into OASIS. The information entered is stored and tracked, allowing users to dispute invoices and export to Quickbooks as needed. When ten or more invoices need to be entered into OASIS at one time, users may mass enter them to improve workplace efficiency.
The Invoices Application allows users to complete the following tasks:
- create commission, deposit, vendor only, customer only, and combined resell invoices
- create credits and negative invoices
- dispute invoices and track these disputes
- export invoice information directly to Quickbooks
- mass enter invoices, payments, and orders simultaneously
