Ingen Software provides 3 training options for the OASIS software: web session, on-site, and in-house. This article describes the requirements and costs associated with each training option. OASIS "Go-To" Person
Each training option recommends that the client establish an appointed OASIS “go-to” person. This person should be involved in all areas of the agency’s operations as it relates to OASIS and should sit through all the training. They should have a good understanding of how computers work. Lastly, this person should ideally be made an admin in OASIS as well as a point of contact within the company for OASIS issues. We have found that established a “go-to” person can help mitigate OASIS issues and questions in the office quickly and can help day to day OASIS use run more smoothly. Note that our support team is still available for all OASIS needs M-F 7:00 AM-5:30 PM central standard time.
Training Options
Web Session- a webinar is created to allow a trainer to use your screen and OASIS data to train. Web sessions are only scheduled for 1-hour blocks. Requirements and costs associated with a web session include:
- You will need internet access to connect to the session
- There are 2 slots available each day from Tuesday through Friday (9 or 10 AM Central, and 3 PM Central) and available slots will be offered by OASIS support
- Each session is $80 for one hour and one connection. Additional connections are $30 each. Note: multiple participants viewing on one connection only counts as one connection for billing purposes.
- You can cancel at any time before the training is scheduled to begin. However, failure to do so will result in a $20 No-Show fee. The trainer will wait for 15 minutes after the start time before canceling
On-Site Training- we send a trainer to your location and train using your employees and OASIS data. Requirements and costs associated with on-site training include:
- Training slots are limited so please reserve your dates sooner rather than later
- One trainer for one day (4 hours or more): $1500.00 per day (Initial training after purchase $1200 per day)
- $500 deposit must be paid no later than 3 weeks prior to travel or the trip will be canceled
- Travel expenses are reimbursed by the customer when the final invoice is sent and is based on Per Diem GSA rates:
- Airline & rental fees
- Hotel
- Meals
- Conference Room with an empty wall to project training program
- Network connection in the conference room (hardwired or wireless)
- A projector to connect our laptop computer for training. Note: if you do not have a projector, we may be able to supply one if given prior notice
Virtual On-Site Training- we have a dedicated trainer complete two full days of training via virtual platform. Requirements and costs associated with virtual on-site training include:
- Training slots are limited so please reserve your dates sooner rather than later
- One trainer for two days: $1500.00 per day (Initial training after purchase is $1200 per day)
- No deposit is required
In-House Training- your employees visit Ingen Software for training using our test data. Requirements and costs for In-House training include:
- One trainer for one day (4 hours or more): $1500.00 per day (Initial training after purchase is $1200 per day)
- No deposit is required
- Travel expenses are covered by the client

Changes
This schedule can be adjusted depending on your agency's needs. We understand the need to keep the agency from shutting down the office as little as possible.
