Users are automatically redirected to this screen when OASIS is launched. This screen notes the user logged in, the territory the user is in, the date, and the time. Use this screen to view reminders, messages, and the day's agenda, as well as a list of non-transmitted orders and disputed orders for review. As OASIS is utilized, more items will appear on this screen.
Return to Manufacturer
This section lists the items that need to be returned to a manufacturer. The item number, date received, and return by date are listed. If the return by date has passed, the line will appear in yellow.
Samples to Return
This section lists the samples that need to be returned to the sample inventory. The manufacturer of the sample, the sample number, date checked out, and the date of expected return are listed. If the expected return date has passed, the line will appear in yellow. For more information on checking in samples, click here.
This section lists the events for the day. The start and end time for the event are listed. Note: for events to appear, they must first be created and scheduled. Only events scheduled for a particular user will appear on their Welcome Screen. For more information, click here.
This section lists the messages and reminders for the user. The subject, from user, and time of message are listed. For more information on creating reminders, click here.
Non-Transmitted Orders and Change Orders
This section lists orders that have not been sent to the factory or customer, or that have been changed in some way. The PO number, manufacturer, customer, entry date, and order status are listed. For more information on change orders, click here.
Disputed Orders for Review
This section lists disputed orders that need to be reviewed. The invoice number, manufacturer, customer, and invoice date are listed. For more information on disputing invoices and resolving disputes, click here.
