While adding parts, manufacturers, and other information to the bill of materials, users can copy, paste, and move rows to make this process easier and more efficient. Users can also add, delete, and rename columns at the touch of a button without using "Preferences." This documentation lists the buttons available in the Bid Editor, as well as the processes for copying and pasting information within the bill of materials.
Bill of Material Buttons
These buttons appear above the bill of materials and can be used to quickly make changes. This helps save users time and energy by allowing them to make edits at the touch of a button.

Bill of Materials Quick Edits
Copy and Pasting Cell Data
1. Highlight the cell to be copied.
2. Select "Edit."
3. Select "Copy."
4. Select an empty cell.
5. Select "Edit."
6. Select "Paste."
7. The information will be copied into the new cell.
Copy and Pasting Entire Rows
1. Highlight row that will be copied
2. Select "Edit."
3. Select "Copy."
4. Select the row where the information will be copied to. Note: users may copy and paste rows between different quotes.
5. Select "Edit."
6. Select "Paste Row."
7. The information will appear in the new cell.
Moving Rows in a BOM
1. Select the row to be moved, so that the entire row is highlighted.
2. Select "Edit."
3. Select "Move Up" or "Move Down" as needed. Note: alternatively, select the
buttons to move rows up and down.
4. The information will move to the new line.
