The Bid Board Screen

This screen displays all upcoming bid dates, the bid board for the selected workgroup, and the current ranking guide.

Viewing the Bid Board

The Bid Board is used to track bids for the company, workgroup, or user. Users can add items to the bid board and set expiration dates for bid board items. It displays the following information:

• Project- the name of the project
• Location- the location of the project
• Bid Date- the bid date for the project
• Status- the status of the project/ quote
• Quoter- the user assigned as the quoter for the project

Filtering the Bid Board

Use the "Select" section to filter the bid board by workgroup. To filter the bid board by user or set the bid board to display all bids for the company, use the Home Preferences tool. For more information, click here. Note: workgroups must be saved in OASIS to filter the bid board in this section.
