The Search Bars (Home Page)

Two search bars are available at the bottom of the Home Page. The search bar to the left is used to access any project, quote, order manufacturer, customer, or contact. The smaller search bar to the right is used to search for spec sheets that are stored in OASIS. For more information on searching for spec sheets, click here.

Using the Search Bar

1. Navigate to the Home Page.

2. Enter search criteria as needed. Note: this example will search for orders.

• Job- enter the job name or quote number. Note: to search by quote number, insert "#" so it precedes the quote number.  For example, to find quote TRTY12-1234, type #1234 into the "Job" field.  
• PO- enter the PO number. 
• Company- enter the company name or ID.
• First- enter the first name of the contact.
• Last- enter the last name of the contact.

3. Select "Find."

4. OASIS will pull all matching results directly into the Home Page.

5. Select the blue link corresponding to the needed order to open the order in a new window.
