The "Help" menu is available in every application in OASIS. This document discusses the options available from this menu.
- Front Window- opens a relevant user guide for the section of OASIS the user is in
- Index- opens the user guide index
- Open Ticket- opens a ticket to be sent to customer support. For more information, click here.
- Support Messages- opens any current messages from customer support
- Show My Cases- opens the OASIS case listing dialog
- Optimize OASIS- opens the OASIS Optimizer dialog. For more information, click here.
- Release Notes- opens the release notes dialog.
- System Logs- allows user to search OASIS log files
- About- opens the about OASIS dialog
