The Bid Board Section

The Bid Board section of O4 Customer Portal allows customers to view what jobs an agency is currently working on. Bids that appear on this page are not customer/login specific; it will display all bids that meet the requirements listed below. Users must activate this section through the O4 web settings. Requirements:

• The manufacturer must be set up for the O4 Customer Portal
• The Show on Bid Board checkbox must be checked on the General tab of the phase
• The project's bid date must not exceed the number set as the expiration date in global settings

1. Select the Bid Board Section.

2. All bids are that are active or within the expiration date window will appear.
