Users have the option of adding phases and jobs as needed. This article will explain the 4 options available for creating new bids and phases: new phase, new phase like, new bid, and new bid like.
1. Select the icon.
2. Select "Projects" from the drop-down list.
3. The "Project/Quote Listing" page will appear.
4. Open an existing project.
5. Select "Produce", and select an action.
- New Phase- creates a new phase with a blank bid
- New Phase Like- creates a copy of a selected bid to a new phase
- New Bid- creates a blank bid within the phase
- New Bid Like- creates a copy of the selected bill of material to a new bid within the phase
New Phase
1. Select "New Phase."
2. A new page will appear. Enter identifying information for the new phase. For a list of definitions for each field, click here.
New Phase Like
1. Select "New Phase Like". A new page will appear.
2. Enter the phase name and bid name to be copied.
3. Select customers and options to be copied.
4. Select .
5. A new page will appear. Enter identifying information for the new phase. For a list of definitions for each field, click here.
6. Select .
7. The new phase like will appear in the project.
New Bid
1. Select "New Bid"
2. A new bid will appear in edit mode.
New Bid Like
1. Select "New Bid Like." A new page will appear.
2. Enter the bid name to be copied.
3. Select .
4. The new bid like will appear in edit mode.
