The Order Summary Tile functions to display complex information in a compact manner. However, users can access the Order Summary Page to view and filter the data used in the tile's calculations. Note: Monthly Snapshots are available on this page. For more information, click here.
Click any of the timeframe links on the tile from the O4 Home Page.
The Order Summary page will appear as the name of the tile. This page allows the user to switch between entry date timeframes. The Today, Week, and Month tabs will pull in data for their respective timeframes and are functionally identical.
The total sales and total earnings for the given time period are displayed at the top of the page. The arrows show if sales or earnings are below (red) or above (green) the total sales and earnings from the previous year for the day, week, or month.
Each view displays a chart of the data for easy readability and comparison. Users can determine how the data is grouped in the chart by using the drop-down field. Grouping options include:
- Sales Account
- Order Type
- Work Group
- Top 50 Transactions
Users can control what values shows in the chart by clicking on it in the legend. A field that is crossed out means the values will not display in the chart.
Clicking a value creates a filter for the respective entity. For example, clicking earnings for Customer 1 will create a filter for Customer 1.
Once a filter is created, users can use the grouping drop down to view each grouping with the filter applied. To remove a filter, select . Users can apply multiple filters.
When using the Top 50 Transactions grouping, clicking a value opens the order in O4 rather than creating an filter.
