The Projects and Quotes tab of Global Settings allows users to customize settings that affect projects and quotes. This tab is organized into three subtabs: General, Money, and Printing. This article will define and provide recommendations for each setting.
Requirements:
- User must have Admin access to Software.
Note:
- Please contact OASIS Support if setting a field to a value other than what is recommended unless the value is discretionary.
- Changes made in O4 will also be made in Legacy OASIS unless the setting is O4-specific.
1. Click the icon.
2. Select Configuration from the drop-down list.
3. Click Software.
4. The Software page will appear.
5. Click the Global Settings tab, then click the Projects and Quotes tab.
The General Subtab

Note: The Draft Only setting adds a "DRAFT ONLY" watermark to PDFs, suppresses the quotes status change, and does not create an attachment. The watermark will appear on the PDF preview inside the Message Editor (Send Message output), but it will not appear on the PDF once emailed. |
