JSON Call to retrieve Original Bid Date and Line Level information

Are there, or can we get, JSON calls to retrieve:

The Original Bid Date on a quote (in the QuoteListing call)

And the Level1 commission and the Level 1 overage per line on a quote (in the QuoteTS call)?
