JSON Call to return pricing for price books

Is there or can we get a JSON capability to return pricing by manufacturer?  This is especially needed to return pricing like we would create a price book (based on print flags).  Having this ability would allow us to automatically pull data into another software platform creating visual price books with product images etc.
