On the quotes that I send there is no direct line phone number provided and the number that is on the quote - is an auto attendant. How can I add in my direct line phone number for every quote?

James is correct, this would be where you would change this.

In your Oasis user settings, enter your direct phone number in the Contact Information tab. This does require either Update or Admin access to user settings
