Human Readable Error Messages
Is it possible to change Oasis error messages to be human readable/provide a non-technical user next steps? For example, in the below error message it would be better to tell the user their token has expired and they need to reauthenticate their email connection in Oasis home tab, File menu, Email Preferences. The technical details below could then follow/be behind another menu/ or just populate in the log file for further debugging if necessary. This would allow non-technical users to be more self-sufficient and save on easy to resolve open tickets for both Oasis and user's in-house support teams

Thanks for the improvements to error messages. This is a step in the right direction, but can it be more explicit? As "Explain like I'm in Kindergarten" as possible? While a technical user can look at this and very quickly determine that they need to reauthenticate to Office 365, it still generates support calls from the vast majority of our business users
