Users can now apply a price list's effective start and end dates to all parts in the price list.

Corrected an issue where adding customers to a project would result in endless loading.
Corrected an issue where editing an attachment would open the Quick Note dialogue rather than the Attachment Editor.
Corrected an issue where long catalog numbers were being cut off on Send Shipping Status prints.
On the Representatives tab of the Manufacturer Editor, the "Apply" button has been moved from the bottom-right corner of the page to below the representatives table.

A new folio sheets settings is available on the Submittals tab of Global Settings: "Scan my learned cutsheets before Folio". If enabled, OASIS will search the OASIS database for learned cutsheets first; if none are found, it will then check the folio database. Otherwise, if left unchecked, OASIS will use folio cutsheets first before checking the OASIS database.
Added "Notes" and "Internal Notes" as reportable fields for the Invoice and Order Customizable reports.
Corrected an issue where the overage cap calculation inside quotes was not giving a proper warning when the cap percentage was exceeded.
Corrected an issue where long catalog numbers were being cut off on Send Shipping Status prints.
