OASIS Online (W1182C2)

New Development

• You can now reset the API cache. For more information, click here.
• Added Posted Date to PaymentsTS API and Payments Listing Advanced Search.
• Added UpdateDate to ManufacturerListing API.

Bug Fixes & Clean Up

• Added a new global setting called "CC assigned contractor sales person when emailing customer quote." To find this setting, go to Configuration> Software > Global Settings > Projects and Quotes tab > Printing subtab.
• Added several new PDF translators to improve drag and drop functionality.
• Corrected an issue where lines in the quote BOM were not converting to an order when the PO Number was left blank.
• Corrected an issue where the MOSR2 report would break when selecting Hold Orders as the source.
• Corrected an issue where users could not close or cancel the Send Shipping Status report window. (Order Listing > select order > Reports menu > Send Shipping Status)
• The "Number" field for contact information now trims trailing spaces.
• Workgroup IDs are now forced to uppercase upon saving to align with Desktop's behavior.
• [Distributor version] New customers and manufacturers are now identified as resell by default.

OASIS Desktop (W1181A1)

Core OASIS

• Corrected an issue where special characters in the email body of the Send Message Editor were displayed incorrectly to recipients.
• The Sales Order form now shows Agency Splits.
• Corrected an overlapping issue with the specifier and sales account information on the Sales Order print.
• OASIS now asks if you want to be the Quoter when selecting a winning customer or creating a New Bid Like on a bid where you're not already the Quoter. This undid a recent change that made OASIS ask every time, which had corrected an issue where OASIS did not ask at all.
• The MOSR report now displays customers as "CustomerName - DisplayID" to help differentiate customers.
• [PostgreSQL DB] Corrected an issue where the Part History Tool in projects (F3) would not work.

Manufacturer Integrations

• Corrected an issue where unselected manufacturers would be sent on RFQ requests for Signify.
• Users no longer have to go back into OASIS and click Signify > Return Configuration to return part information. Now, users can click the blue "Done" button inside Signify's web configurator (top-right of the page) to import part information.
