We're excited to announce that the new SpecSeek experience is now live on desktop and mobile!

The updated interface delivers a cleaner, more modern design, while enhanced features and navigation makes it faster and easier to build lighting specifications, access information, and move through the platform.

OASIS Online (W1186C4)

New Development

• Several new reports have been added, including:
  Aged Invoices Report
  Aged Commissions Report
  Days to Paid
  Quote Win Loss
  Invoiceable Orders 
• The Configuration tool for Customers is now available online. (Customers listing > File > Configuration).
• A new global setting allows users to choose whether they want OASIS to load previous searches for the Manufacturers, Invoices, Payments, and Customers.
• The Attach Phase to Project tool is now available online.
• The My Order Summary Report now includes Specifiers as a row and column option.
• The Date search tag is now available for manufacturer entries.

Bug Fixes & Clean Up

• Corrected an issue where New Phase Like did not bring over the bill of materials.
• Adjusted search logic so that customer lookups return only the first 200 results to improve wait times. 
• Corrected issues creating and removing project layouts.
• Linked help documentation to the Submittal Editor (Question mark > Help for this page).
• Corrected an issue where users could not remove Send Message attachments.
• The Users listing now filters for Active users by default.
• Updated delete sync logic to improve cleanup routines.
• Corrected an issue converting daily quotes to order.
• Implemented general improvements to Invoice Create processes.
• Corrected an issue that prevented tax status from being set correctly in orders.
• The Tax Status field in the Customer Editor is now a drop-down.
• The Totals box inside the Invoice Editor has been cleaned up to reduce scrolling.
• OASIS now informs users that a contact is no longer associated with a company when they attempt to send a quote to that contact. This matches Desktop's behavior
• Corrected an issue where users could edit without Update access.
• Corrected an issue where OASIS was not updating the quote status when asked to do so after printing.
• Corrected an issue where checked-out samples showed as available.
• Corrected an issue where the Output As option was not saving for Scheduled Reports.
• Sell Earn for QuoteListingAPI now only displays two decimal places.
• Problem notes in Orders are now sorted by Create Date.
• Corrected an issue where some quotes erroneously remained locked despite having no active sessions.
• Corrected an issue updating Location ID inside the Warehouse Editor.
• Corrected an issue where checked-out samples showed as available.
