OASIS Online (W1195C4)

New Development

• Customizable Reports are now available Online.
• The Price List Editor has had a major refresh, bring legacy features onlines.
• Users can now create Deposit Invoices.
• The "Select Invoiceable" tool is now available in the Tools menu for invoices.
• Users can now delete customers online, which will disassociate contacts upon deletion.
• Users can now adjust the count of results per page on listing screens (default is 50 per page).
• A new setting has been added for Customer Portal (Global Settings > Web tab) to allow agencies to restrict bid visibility to only the contacts added on the project (rather than allow customer contacts to view any bid where their company is a customer on the project).
• The Quotes Secret Menu, which allows bid filtering by customer counts and option codes, has been added to the Bid Totals card as a drop-down.

Bug Fixes & Clean Up

• Improved project phase and bid navigation and creation from the project header.
• Completed multiple improvements to Online Invoices to add functionality, improve usability, and resolve issues across commission, vendor, and customer invoices, aligning with Desktop's capabilities.
• Corrected an issue applying Counts to customers in projects.
• Corrected an issue where users could not add values to "Choice" search tag types.
• Adjusted the Scheduled Reports logic to reduce send errors.
• Corrected an issue where the Add Attachments window inside the Send Message Editor for Projects was blank.
• Corrected an issue where the Bid Board tile was filtering bids by workgroup based on user security rather than whether it was set as an active filter.
• Corrected an issue where users could not save attachment details upon upload.
• Corrected an issue where timeframe selections could not be removed from summary reports.
• Projects Aliases are back in the Project Editor.
• Bid Board tiles now default to updating every hour.
• Disputes in Invoices and Payments should now reflect the same information.

• Corrected an issue where clipboard notes would overwrite rather than append to the Send Message email body.
• Removed the Send Message Editor's File menu, which contained a duplicate Clipboard Notes feature for the email body.

Folio Select Changes

• Filter containers in the Folio Select page are now scrollable.
• Corrected an issue where search results would not populate.
• Corrected an issue where similar products would not load.

SpecSeek Changes

• Special Categories are available to be created and assigned to manufacturers in the portal.
• The Category filter design has new improved navigation.
• Removed OASIS Online User ID from Customers, as it served no purpose.

OASIS Desktop (W1194D4)

Core OASIS

• Tax Number has been added to the Customizable Order Listing Report.
• The Project Layouts drop-down ("Layouts" menu in the project header) and Tax Accounts drop-down (Shipping Toolbar) now scroll.
• Added a total for Dist Net on F2018 Change Order forms.
• Now, when using the "Pay Now" feature, payments will not be created until the user clicks Save. Previously, it was created immediately when "Pay Now" was clicked.
• Corrected an issue saving level pricing in quotes.
• Corrected an issue where dragging and dropping a PDF link failed to upload as a cutsheet.
• Corrected an issue importing Agile orders.
• Corrected an issue saving customizable reports when certain Find selections were applied.
• Corrected an issue applying payment amounts where the "Paid" column would not automatically update.
• Corrected the support phone number found in the "No access to Folio" message.
• Corrected an issue where the "Min Sell" Find field would not apply correctly for resell orders in Customizable Order Listing Reports.
