Clear contents right click menu

In bids\items it would be nice if there was a clear contents right click menu option that worked on the highlighted cells like in excel.   Uses:  

* Clearing out a range of pricing.  Useful for when working on price increase quotes.  But also for other price adjustments, change notices, etc, or temporary pricing no longer needed in other columns.  

* Clearing out auto-filled descriptions when having a shorter quote would be better than having the descriptions.  (We often use kit and component for room based lighting controls, so can be a lot duplicated parts.)

* Bonus for clearing out counts but leaving the ACC and Component counts. Would be useful for count changes/variants, or options for changes.
