Database Rebuild (Recommended Over a Weekend)

A database rebuild will be needed to finalize the V17 conversion and validate the database.

Requirements

  • You must have 2.5× the database size available on the rebuild drive.
    • Example: A 100 GB database requires an additional 250 GB of free space.
  • 2-3 Days available with no one accessing the database, recommended over the weekend.
  • You may need a new license file if you have more than 5 user licenses.

Support & Costs

  • There is no charge for help starting the rebuild anytime from 7am -7pm CST, Monday -Friday.
  • After-hours support is optional if you cannot monitor the rebuild over the weekend.
    • Includes periodic check-ins and verification that everything is restored.
  • After-hours support is the only possible cost at $300 an hour.
