Users can now delete invoices from the Invoice Listing page (select invoice > File > Delete).
The Warehouses tab is now available in the Manufacturer Editor.
Updated email text encoding to support additional French characters.

The "Our Quote" field in an order now functions as it does in Desktop.
The "WHSC" field in the Shipping Toolbar has been renamed "LOC" to align with Desktop.
Corrected an issue where users could not select from their warehouse options ("LOC") when using the Shipping Toolbar.
Corrected an issue where Lead Times in the Manufacturer Editor could not be edited.
Corrected an issue that incorrectly prevented users from sending orders when sales account percentages totaled 100%.
When creating a new order, fields no longer clear out their values when you press Tab.
Corrected an issue where new orders would not retain the selected workgroup during creation.
Corrected an issue where sending invoices resulted in an endless loading circle.

The Layouts menu in Desktop OASIS now features an Up and Down button to view long lists.

For Customizable Payment Summary Reports, updated report logic to adjust values if using workgroup to group.
[PostgreSQL DBs] Corrected an issue where the "From Shipments" calendar links did not work.
[PostgreSQL DBs] Corrected an issue where the "Quote Number" search field for an advanced Orders search did not work.
[PostgreSQL DBs] Corrected an issue where a winning customer could not be saved in a project.
[Oracle DBs] Added a dialog to explain when the database is locked due to too many failed login attempts.

[Signify] Corrected an issue where the Invoice Download folder could not find PO numbers.
[Cooper] Corrected an issue where opening the Cooper menu would result in an error.
[Signify] Corrected an Order Status issue where ship dates were incorrect.
