Over the past quarter, we've continued investing in the tools you use every day. From major improvements to new features that provide greater visibility and control, these updates were designed to make your work faster, easier, and more efficient.
A Redesigned Online Project Editor
The OASIS Online project editor has been rebuilt—the biggest update its had since 2020. With today's browser technology, the new editor delivers a faster, more responsive experience while providing a familiar desktop-like workflow.
Here’s a quick look at some of the key updates and improvements we delivered:
- A familiar experience: A streamlined layout with subtabs removed for faster navigation.
- More workspace: Collapse totals and hide unused columns to focus on what matters.
- Desktop features, now online: Save and Cancel buttons now available, like in Desktop.
- Better protection for your work: Automatic background saving and named checkpoints help prevent lost work and make it easy to restore previous versions.

A Better Way to Track History Online
Gain greater visibility into your data with new history tools in Online OASIS designed to help you track activity over time. Whether you're reviewing customer interactions or following the progression of a project, detailed history makes it easier to understand what changed, who made the change, and when it happened.
- Customer & Contact History: View a complete activity history, including transaction participation, assignment changes, and other key activity. You can find the History tool from the Customer and Contact Editor's Tools menu.
- Project History: Track project edits over time with a version-style history, including who made changes, when they were made, and the ability to restore previous checkpoints. From the Bid Editor, click View > Project History.
A Refreshed SpecSeek Experience
This quarter, we launched the modernized SpecSeek experience across desktop and mobile. The redesigned interface and improved page navigation aimed to make it easier to find product information and build lighting specifications. We've received valuable feedback from many of you confirming that that the new experience feels cleaner, more intuitive, and easier to use.
This release is another step in our ongoing investment in SpecSeek, ensuring sales teams and their customers have a powerful, efficient, and easy-to-use dynamic line card solution. We're continuing to build on that foundation with upcoming improvements, including faster loading times across product pages and manufacturer profiles.

Folio Select Launch
We launched Folio Select, our most comprehensive Folio product yet! With powerful tools such as enhanced product lookups, product comparisons, catalog builders, and more, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it!
Exclusively in OASIS Online, Folio Select offers a brand-new workspace to help you choose the right products faster by allowing you to:
- Perform product and category lookups for hundreds of manufacturers
- Favorite products for easy reference
- Build catalog numbers with ease
- Import catalog numbers directly into your bills of materials
- Review product history using data from your OASIS database

New Customer Aged Invoice Tile
The Aged Customer Invoice Tile, released in February, identifies overdue customer invoices and monitors payment trends to support efficient reconciliation. Overdue invoices are categorized as less than 30 days, 30-60 days, 60-90 days, and over 90 days overdue.
Online Simple Projects & Daily Quotes
You can now create Simple Projects and Daily Quotes in OASIS Online!
- Daily Quotes are for jobs where the customer is already known. Customer-specific pricing will automatically apply. You cannot add multiple customers. Daily Quotes do not provide project management features, such as creating follow-ups, phases, or bids.
- Simple Projects are intended for use when working on a simple job where revisions are unlikely. It features the Customers tab, which allows multiple customers to be added. This type of quote does not provide project management features such as the ability to create follow-ups, phases, or bids.
New Drag-and-Drop Functionality
We've implemented drag-and-drop functionality across Quotes, Orders, and Invoices to help you work faster. Simply drag a PDF into the respective page listing, and OASIS will prompt you to create or update the identified transactions based on the file's contents.
Note: This feature utilizes technology that requires occasional training to recognize PDF page elements. If you're having trouble loading certain PDFs, please send a copy of the file to OASIS Support for troubleshooting.
