Self-Paced Training

Our self-paced training resources provide support whenever you need it. Use our free Help Center and Video Library to access step-by-step procedures, or demonstrate your expertise by becoming an OASIS Certified User.

Help Center
Our free, extensive knowledge base covers set-up processes, procedures, and best practices for Legacy OASIS and O4. We also offer help articles for technical processes, like database validations and backup configuration.

Video Library
We offer several instructional videos and webinars that are great for new and experienced users alike. Sign up for our monthly newsletter to stay in the loop on upcoming webinars and other exciting news and updates.

OASIS Certification Program
OASIS Certifications offer users the opportunity to enhance their knowledge through specialized training and shine more brightly with verified, role-based skill sets. Companies can leverage the OASIS Certification program for employee onboarding training or employee development as an efficient way to refresh OASIS users on OASIS best practices. Certifications are priced individually and available on our OASIS Academy.

 

Expert-Led Training

Dive deep into OASIS with one of our expert-led training options. Our OASIS experts will deliver customized, hands-on instruction tailored to your needs, online or in person.
Web Session ($100/hr)
We schedule an hour-long online training session in which an OASIS expert uses your data to train. You can cancel anytime before the training begins; failure to notify will result in a $25 no-show fee.

Virtual Onsite ($1995/day*)
An OASIS expert will use your data to complete two full days of online training.

In-House ($1995/day*)
Your employees visit Ingen Software for training. You can provide a copy of your database for training or train using our test data. Customers are responsible for travel expenses.

Onsite ($1995/day*)
We send an OASIS expert to your location and train using your data. A $500 deposit must be paid no later than three weeks before travel, or the trip will be canceled. Travel expenses are determined by per diem GSA rates and reimbursed by the customer when the final invoice is sent.

*Initial training for new customers is $1695/day.
