When you enable an email connector in OASIS, you give us permission to send emails through your email account on your behalf. These emails will appear to have been sent by you (i.e., from your email address). We do not have access to read, draft, delete, or view emails in your email account. We do not collect or share personal data associated with your email account. The following email services are used in OASIS to facilitate email functionality:

Constant Contact – Newsletter Service

Constant Contact is a leading provider of online tools for small and medium businesses, nonprofits, and other organizations to connect with their contacts or customers through email marketing, social media, websites, and more. When you opt-in to receive our newsletters and marketing emails, you are giving us permission to provide you with the requested service, provide you helpful information regarding our product, and communicate with you.

Constant Contact produces marketing analytics to help us understand the performance of our newsletters and marketing emails, such as the open or click-through rates. You may opt out of this service at any time. We do not share personal data that is submitted to sign up for our newsletters or marketing emails.

PayPal – Payment Collection Service

We use PayPal to facilitate payment for our products and services. When you make payments through our website, you are utilizing PayPal’s services and are agreeing to PayPal’s privacy notice which may include collecting personal information that identifies you. PayPal then provides confirmation when payment has been collected which allows us to provide the purchased services and products to you. We do not receive, and therefore do not collect, share, or store, your payment information, including credit card data.
