Adding Marketing Media to the SpecSeek Portal

The Marketing Media page allows users to add and manage marketing content displayed in the SpecSeek Portal. Marketing media can be used to share images, videos, links, and other resources with users.

Opening Marketing Media

1. Log in to the SpecSeek Portal.
2. Select Marketing Media from the left navigation menu.

Adding Marketing Media

1. From the Marketing Media page, click the + icon.
2. Enter a Title for the media.
3. Enter a URL, if applicable.
4. Enter a Description, if applicable.
5. Enter a Display Order.

6. Select the appropriate media type:
   • Image: Select this option when adding an image.
   • Video: Select this option when adding a video.
7. If uploading a file, click Choose Files and select the desired file.
8. Click Save.

Adding a Video

Videos can be added to the Marketing Media page using a video URL.

1. From the Marketing Media page, click the + icon.
2. Enter a Title.
3. Paste the video link into the URL field.
4. Enter a Description, if applicable.
5. Enter the desired Display Order.
6. Select Video.
7. Click Save.

Adding an Image

Images can be uploaded directly to the Marketing Media page.

1. From the Marketing Media page, click the + icon.
2. Enter a Title.
3. Enter a URL or description, if applicable.
4. Enter the desired Display Order.
5. Select Image.
6. Click Choose Files.
7. Select the image to upload.
8. Click Save.

The image will appear on the Marketing Media page.

Editing Marketing Media

Existing marketing media can be updated as needed.

1. Locate the media on the Marketing Media page.
2. Open the media for editing.
3. Update the Title, URL, Description, Display Order, or media type as needed.
4. Click Save.
